We have created Hiking Training Programs for 3 simulated hiking trails. Follow day by day instructions so you can be ready for hikes at 6 miles per day on gentle to moderate gradient trails or challenging treks of 14 miles per day exceeding 10,000 feet, or anywhere in between.
